I have a proven track record in business development, marketing and restoration of companies suffering leadership failure. I am also well versed in designing and co-creating, recreating culture to go next-level. I’ve built high-performance teams and growth driven leaders by communicating in the currency in which they trade. My ventures include Avanyu Ridge, which inspires clients, families, teams groups to reconnect with themselves and nature, and EQUUS, a leadership development process using equine-assisted learning and nature based practices. Long ago, I also founded Intrinsic Path, a coaching entity that focused on high-integrity personal and executive growth.

I’ve worked with companies like Microsoft, Cisco, Wonderful Corp, CareSource, and many more to foster more conscious cultures. I led, with a trusted, gifted colleague the first national Prison Pre-Release Reentry Pilot Program to promote healthy transformation into society and reduce recidivism, based in the Bay Area, CA. My clients span various sectors, including professional athletes, celebrity, corporate, arts, healthcare, technology, and education.

From life on a boat in California to the high desert of New Mexico, I love exploring nature. I’m also a scuba diver, sailor, overlander, horse enthusiast, people whisperer, renegade counter-culturist and adventurous cook.
